Officers with the Shenandoah Police Department made three arrests Thursday, July 5. They were:
Bobby Dean Franks, 57, Shenandoah in the 900 block of West Valley St., on a Page County warrant. He was able to post $1,000 bond, was given a court date and released.
Nicolas Wayne Priest, 26, Shenandoah, in the 900 block of West Summit Ave., on a valid Page County warrant. He as unable to post $1,000 bond and was transported to the Page County Jail.
Frederick Taylor James Welsch, 24, of Red Oak, in the 900 block of W. Sheridan Ave., for possession of drug paraphernalia.
