Luke Buttry
Shenandoah

Buttry guided the Mustangs to a 13win season, the program’s best in 10
years. Shenandoah finished .500 in the
Hawkeye 10 Conference and won a
district tournament game, all in Buttry’s
first year leading the program.

Shenandoah
Pease led the Shenandoah boys and
girls bowling programs to identical
7-2 dual records and qualified two
individuals for the state tournament,
while having a different athlete win the
Hawkeye 10 Conference individual title.

Jason Gordon
Clarinda
Gordon guided the Cardinals to a 14-2
dual record and showed throughout
the season that the Cardinals were
one of southwest Iowa’s top teams. The
Cardinals had three state qualifiers and
two state medalists, all of which return
next season.
