Fall golf will be here before you know it. What a great time of year to enjoy the change of seasons and play your favorite sport. The cooler fall days ahead are sure to beat the recent summer heat and humidity. While spring and summer golf is expected, autumn rounds can feel like a bonus. All you have to do is remember that winter is coming before we know it and your chances of playing golf are limited. So don't put your clubs away yet – September, October, and November offer some of the best days of the year to be on the golf course.

This week's attempt at golf humor – I used to think that golf was bad for me; so, I gave up thinking!!
The answer to last week's trivia question - What former ALCC greenskeeper had a double eagle 2 on the par five 7th hole 26 years ago on September 7, 2000? The correct answer is Duke Neumann. This week's trivia question – What two trees on the SGC would most members say are hit the most? The answer to this week's trivia question will be in the next FTTG column.
