Clarinda Regional Health Center (CRHC) is strengthening its commitment to community healthcare with the addition of Dr. Jose Hinojosa to its medical team. The experienced family medicine physician brings more than three decades of patient care expertise to southwest Iowa.
Experienced Physician to Begin Seeing Patients in September 2025
Dr. Hinojosa, who completed his medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in McAllen, Texas, will begin accepting patients in September 2025. Throughout his extensive career, he has served in significant leadership positions including Medical Director and Chief of Staff while maintaining his focus on patient-centered primary care.
"I'm looking forward to getting to know the people of Clarinda and the surrounding communities. My goal is to provide the kind of care that helps patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their health," Dr. Hinojosa said.
His arrival represents a significant addition to healthcare resources available to residents of Clarinda and neighboring communities.
