ST LOUIS — No. 2 Iowa State defeated No. 15 Tennessee State 108-74 Friday afternoon.Â
It's the most points the Cyclones have scored in an NCAA Tournament and the largest NCAA Tournament win in program history.Â

Iowa State's game pushed back after Kentucky overtime win

Iowa State's game against TSU will start around 2:02 p.m., after being initially scheduled for 1:50 p.m. No. 7 Kentucky defeated No. 10 Santa Clara in overtime 89-84.
The winner of ISU and TSU will face Kentucky on Sunday.Â
Joshua Jefferson leaves game with left leg/ankle injury

Unanimous ISU All-American Joshua Jefferson injured his lower left leg after making a layup. Jefferson slapped the court as trainers came out to look at his left ankle.
Medical staffers helped Jefferson off the court and took him back to ISU's locker room. He was unable to put any weight on his left leg.
Sideline reporter Jon Rothstein said Jefferson is receiving X-Rays. No update yet.Â

Iowa State All-American Joshua Jefferson left the game with an apparent left ankle injury. He received x-rays in the locker room and, according to a team spokesperson is "doubtful to return."

The Tigers have found their footing late in the second half and prevented any runs more than seven points. TSU guard Aaron Nkrumah made a contested three-pointer to send TSU into the break down 26.
Joshua Jefferson ruled out for game, sitting on Cyclone bench

Iowa State has ruled out Jefferson for the remainder of the game.Â
After halftime, Jefferson emerged from the locker room and is sitting on the last chair of the Cyclone bench. He has his left leg propped op on a stool with his foot in a boot.

Tennessee State's Kavien Jones was ejected after earning a flagrant two foul. ISU's Dom Pleta faked a shot and got Jones to jump. He grabbed around Pleta's neck while crashing to the court.Â
