CLARINDA — Shenandoah senior Jaylan Gray won the regional championship and Essex sophomore Ryann Welchans, representing Red Oak, also qualified for the Girls Individual State Bowling Championships Monday, Feb. 2, during the regional tournament in Clarinda.
