OMAHA, Neb. — The Iowa baseball team only needed one game to clinch a spot in the semifinals of the Big Ten Baseball Tournament. The three-seed Hawkeyes (33-20-1, 21-9 Big Ten) defeated 10-seed Rutgers (29-28, 15-15 Big Ten) 4-3 in the team’s first game of the tournament on Wednesday.
